Purposes of the survey
The developers of this workshop have devised the following post workshop evaluation survey for quality improvement purposes and to ensure the content is meeting the need of the attendees and facilitators. Feedback is essential to ensuring we keep the content relevant to the audience.
Collection and use of survey responses
We only collect the information essential to helping us get a sense of the audiences using our product, as well as enabling us to view the results by workshop/presenter. Survey responses will not be used for any other purpose.
Access
The only persons who have access to survey software where the results are collected are staff of the Royal College, where we are committed to your privacy.
Disclosure and retention
Survey responses are collected via a third party survey site (Alchemer), and will be promptly downloaded to our internal server for analysis and removed from the Survey Gizmo server.
